No. A chatbot mainly replies in the moment. Kriaka keeps persistent business memory and context, connects to approved tools like Google Workspace, Xero, and Fergus, prepares drafts, queues approvals, routes recurring managed work into Work and Updates, and keeps useful files and documents in one place.

How does setup work?

Setup is where we turn messy work into usable business context. We define the work areas, systems, rules, approvals, people, tone, recurring facts, decision rhythms, and tool boundaries so the agent knows how to draft, chase, flag, summarise, and hand work back. If the work is messy, scoping happens there before launch.

What tools can Kriaka connect to?

Kriaka can connect to the tools the managed work needs. Current connection paths include Google Workspace for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets; Xero; and Fergus. CRM and other job or line-of-business systems can be assessed where they are genuinely needed.

Can Kriaka watch work without being asked?

Yes, when that is deliberately scoped. Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff+ can include agreed scheduled checks, scouts, briefings, review paths, and managed follow-up. Ops Assist stays request-led and uses simple reminders rather than background business monitors.

Will my agent send messages or make decisions by itself?

Not unless that has been deliberately scoped and approved. The agent can draft, organise, triage, summarise, and prepare work, but humans approve commitments, payments, advice, sensitive actions, and external sends where review is needed.

How much does it cost?

Ops Assist starts with initial setup from NZ$2,500 + GST and managed service from NZ$1,250 + GST/month. Kriaka only connects to systems you approve. During setup we agree what the agent can access, what it can use, what needs human review, and what should stay out of scope. Sensitive information is handled deliberately, not assumed.
