Tell us what the business is trying to achieve.
You do not need a finished AI initiative, a chosen tool or a fully formed investment case. You should already believe AI could materially change what the business can achieve and be serious about working out where it matters.
One route in, and a direct answer about whether it is worth taking further.

Privacy PolicyIs this the right conversation?
Kriaka works with leadership teams in New Zealand businesses who have an objective or a pressure that AI might change, and who would act if the evidence supported it.
You do not need an approved project or a settled question. You do need the authority to act on the answer, and a willingness to let us see how the relevant work actually happens.
What the first conversation covers.
You will talk to Bryce Galbraith, Kriaka's founder. There is no charge for it.
We will cover what the business is trying to achieve, why it matters now, what would have to be true for you to act, and whether Kriaka is the right firm to help. You will leave with a straight answer on whether a formal assessment is justified.
It is not an audit, a workflow-mapping session or a demonstration, and we will not recommend an investment on the strength of one conversation.
What happens next.
If there is a fit, we will propose an AI Operating Strategy Assessment: the decision it will answer, the evidence we will need, what we need from your team, and what it will cost.
If the problem is too small, too early, already covered by a provider you have, or outside what Kriaka does well, we will say so.
