From business objective to measured result.

Kriaka takes responsibility across the whole path: determining where AI can create material value, turning that decision into a bounded commitment, putting it into operation and measuring whether it earned its place.

Strategy and implementation are separately authorised, but the reasoning behind the decision should survive the move into delivery.

Determine what deserves investment.

We start with the business objective and examine the work, people, systems, constraints, risks and economics around it. We compare a small number of credible first moves, including incumbent and internal alternatives.

This work is delivered through an AI Operating Strategy Assessment. It is fixed in scope and ends in a decision leadership can stand behind about what to fund first. It runs on representative evidence: existing documents, conversations with the people who do the work, and read-only walkthroughs inside a boundary agreed before we start. It takes about three weeks and roughly eight to twelve hours of your team's time.

It does not include a production build, write access to your systems or an exhaustive AI roadmap. A conclusion of not yet, or that an incumbent provider or your own team should own the work, is a valid outcome of paid work.

You receive: a decision on what to fund first and what not to, with the evidence, trade-offs and prerequisites behind it.

Turn the decision into a bounded commitment.

When implementation is justified, we define the result the work must produce, the systems involved, the authority and review boundaries, the evidence required and the remaining risks.

Implementation is scoped and authorised separately. Agreement with the strategy is not permission to begin building.

You receive: an implementation decision that is specific enough to fund and bounded enough to govern.

Build only what the result requires.

We build the minimum capability needed to produce the agreed result, not a platform or an integration estate for its own sake.

The technical answer follows the work: existing systems, internal capability, third-party providers, Kriaka infrastructure, or a combination of them.

You receive: the smallest credible system for the job, with responsibility and authority made explicit.

Put it to work in the business.

We launch under real operating conditions, establish review and escalation paths, handle exceptions and stabilise the work around the people and systems involved.

An installed tool is not the result. The result is a capability that performs its defined role without losing control of what matters.

You receive: running work, visible review paths and a clear operating owner.

Measure what changes.

Proof has three layers:

  • Technical: does the system operate reliably within its defined boundary?
  • Operational: is it used, accepted and producing the intended work?
  • Economic: is the business result strong enough to justify what it cost?

You receive: evidence that distinguishes a promising implementation from one that creates measurable value.

One piece of work moving through three stages: checked for reliability, handed on and used in ordinary operation, then considered against a business result.

Decide what follows.

The evidence supports a deliberate next decision. The work may continue with Kriaka, transfer to the client or another provider, expand, pause or stop.

Continued management and expansion are earned, not assumed.

You receive: a clear decision about what happens next, rather than automatic scope growth.

Responsibility stays explicit.

The boundaries around systems, access and human judgement are written down before any work touches a live system.
